How to delete your YABAAY account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from the YABAAY app. Nobody needs to approve it.

Steps

You are signed out on every device and cannot sign in to this account again.
Your name, mobile number, email and photo are removed, and notifications to your devices stop.
Your mobile number is freed, so you can create a new account with it later.
Treatment, payment and audit records are kept without your identity, because medical and financial records must be kept for legal and safety reasons.
Agents with commissions waiting to be settled must contact support first.

If you can no longer open the app, write to us and we will delete the account for you after confirming it is yours.
